“The beach is large and beautiful. It is located to close to many local excursions and Carol is great.”
“Adorable, comfortable, clean little cottage in a great location! We loved that it was close enough to the beach area, but still secluded in a nice woodsy spot. We had a mother deer and her fawn in the backyard the first morning as we enjoyed our coffee in the comfortable screened-in porch. The beach area was a beautiful, calm, shallow spot and we loved having the Stand Up Boards, Kayaks and paddleboat available to use! Carol was always quick to respond to every question. We would love to make another trip and stay at this property!”
“Cottage was exactly what we expected/wanted! Full of rustic charm and character! Crystal Lake access is a plus but the surrounding area provides a wide variety of sights and activities. Fall colors were awesome but we look forward to coming back next summer when we can do warm activities! Owner was very accessible and even though we had a few issues She was on top of them and very eager to make sure we were accommodated.”
“This was the perfect cottage for what we needed! It was super cozy and clean and the private beach was beautiful! Even though we stayed when the water was too cold to get in, it was nice to sit on the beach and relax! The cottage is super close to downtown Frankfort and makes for an easy drive. I would highly recommend this stay!”

“This property was very charming. The beds were comfortable and the updated bathroom was great. The kitchen was adequate but no room for eating in. There was a dining room table and that was what we used. We stayed in the upper part of the house, there is a lower part (we were unaware of that). It was great though and had plenty of room. The best part of our stay was the access to the beach. Our toddler could play and run in the sand and the boats we could use as well! Lovely!”
